We can all have eureka moments at any time. This essence can be used at bed-time, when letting go of the day is essential. Notes My son Alex went to visit friends in America. They took him to a cave and he brought back a souvenir of a small rock. When he placed it in my hand, I immediately felt the most amazing energy from it. I knew I had to make an essence. The rock did not resonate with the mad world of rushing around above ground. It only knew of peace, tranquilly, serenity and stillness deep under-ground. I made an essence then are there and took it to a festival the same day. While giving a woman healing I placed my hands on her stomach. I asked her how that felt. She said “like an enormous cave in there”. I grabbed the essence, put some on my hands and put them back on her stomach. After a minute, I asked how she felt. She replied “much better”.
