Especially with disabilities or the elderly. Who looks after the carer? There is no shame in asking for help. You don’t have to do it all on your own. Reach out to those that can assist you and those who need your help. Are you looking after your health? Perhaps you could try juicing? Have more vitality. What you put in, you get out. Exercise, “(arrghh”, I hear you say), is known to push away the blues and give more energy. Take a brisk walk. Do a yoga class or put some music on and dance! Give thanks for what you have and allowing more into your life.

Note Schlumbergera also known as the holiday or thanks giving cactus, grows in Brazil and flowers in May. It is an angiosperm which is one of the oldest plant forms on the planet. So it’s interesting that it seems to me like a teacher that pushes its pupils to achieve good grades.
