Essence The Rhubarb plant sends out a stem with a large leaf at the top. It rarely flowers. When it does, it is due to poor soil and very dry conditions. For those who feel stiff and rigid and have lived in poor conditions. Helps reduce negative emotions that lead to feelings of resentment; encourages self-esteem, a positive outlook and healthy emotional growth; identifies and challenges feelings of martyrdom; releases bitterness, worries and fears, especially concerning others. Notes I originally made Rhubarb essence 17 years ago, but ran out of it. I re- made it years later and revisited it. I felt a lot of cracking from my throat charka. Then I noticed more flexibility.
