Essence If there has been upset it will soften the blow and help overcome sadness, showing light at the end of the tunnel. Of course you never forget the person who has passed but you don’t have to suffer the pain of loss. You can feel upright like the plant’s sword-like leaves. Overcome adversity, stay centred and cope with what life throws at you. Take a fresh look at your surroundings and what it is time to let go of. Moving forward will not only help you carry on and live, but help the spiritual process of the person that has passed on too. It makes you feel stronger when there has been weakness and peaceful when there’s been upset.
Notes I made this essence at Buddhafield Festival. It stood out more than other plants with its striking flame red flowers. In hot counties it grows prolifically, surviving fierce conditions. In minder climates it is stable and hardy. I took a dose and almost instantly, felt a shift of grief that had been going on since a close friend died. It was the stepping stone I needed to move forward without pain.
Notes Lucifer means light bearer from the Latin lucem ferre.
